Our hospital was honored as one of the national 100 most reliable hospitals in China

The summary and communication meeting of the 4th period in the dynamic management of the 100 most reliable hospitals in China was held in Beijing on August 15th, 2014. Our hospital, excelled in the reviews, was honored as one of the national 100 most reliable hospitals. LIU Xiao-hong, Deputy Party Chief of the hospital, attended the meeting and accepted the award.

Establishing the most reliable hospitals is a large-scale self-discipline movement initiated by the Chinese Hospital Management Association among its members in 2002. The aim is to make people feel relieved, set the industry benchmark, and improve the quality and standard of our medical service, and get doctor-patient relationship back to the right track.

During the 4th dynamic management cycle, from August 2012 to August 2014, after several procedures such as online self-assessment, direct online data report for the epidemic situation of infectious diseases, the evaluation, and public review. The meeting awarded 110  most reliable hospitals, 417 reliable hospitals, 51 reliable new hospitals, 108 national excellent managers of trusted hospitals, and decided to further investigate on the status of the reliable hospitals or revoke the honor titles of more than 100 hospitals.

At the end of the meeting, participants exchanged experience, and the plan of the 5th campaign has been announced. It will focus on the theme “Management Precision and Patient Safety”. The main activities include: to award hospitals of the 5th group of most reliable hospitals, conduct training, online report of epidemic situation, prepare the midterm convention, check the work and hold the convention. These activities are requested to combine all our work with raising the overall abilities of hospitals to serve the public or improving our systematic management.

The hospital leaders take the dynamic management  of the most reliable hospitals very seriously. They plan to optimize hospital resources, improve hospital core competence, raise the hospital management level, medical quality and working efficiency, promote the sustainable development of our hospital, and to provide safe, efficient and high-quality health services to all patients.
